托運行李

一爹诺、概述

托運行李指旅客交由承運人（成都航空）負責照管和運輸并出具行李運輸憑證的行李叹倒。

二、免費托運行李額度

每位旅客可按照客票艙位等級和相關(guān)規定享受免費托運行李額度：

（一）國內航班免費托運行李額

1.每位旅客的免費行李托運額：持成人或兒童票的頭等艙旅客為40公斤，公務(wù)艙旅客為30公斤，經(jīng)濟艙旅客為20公斤。

2.持嬰兒票的旅客嘲更，無(wú)免費托運行李額，可免費托運一件可折疊式嬰兒車(chē)或嬰兒搖籃。

3.搭乘同一航班前往同一目的地的兩個(gè)（含）以上的同行旅客祷愉，如在同一時(shí)間、同一地點(diǎn)辦理行李托運手續，其免費托運行李額可以按照各自的艙位等級標準合并計算。

4.旅客非自愿改變艙位等級雹顺，應按照原客票艙位等級享受免費托運行李額。

5.構成國際運輸的國內航段，每位旅客的免費托運行李額按適用的國際航班免費托運行李額計算脸侥。

（二）國際/地區航班免費托運行李額

1.購買(mǎi)混合艙位等級客票的旅客，其免費托運行李額可按各航段票價(jià)級別所適用的免費托運行李額的規定分別計算霎褐。

2.旅客自愿改變航程后的免費托運行李額，應當按改變航程后客票票價(jià)級別所適用的免費托運行李額的規定辦理。旅客非自愿改變航程后的免費托運行李額具则，應當按照原客票票價(jià)級別所適用的免費托運行李額的規定辦理。

3.搭乘同一飛機前往同一目的地或者中途分程地的兩人（含）以上的同行旅客，在同一時(shí)間、同一地點(diǎn)辦理行李托運手續的概而，其免費托運行李額可按各自的客票票價(jià)級別所適用規定的標準合并計算。

4.兒童及按兒童票價(jià)購票的嬰兒，其免費行李額與成人免費托運行李額相同。按適用成人票價(jià)10%購票的嬰兒可免費托運1件行李谴咸，重量不超過(guò)10公斤（22磅），體積（三邊之和）不超過(guò)115厘米（45英寸），另可免費托運一件可折疊式嬰兒車(chē)或嬰兒搖籃。

（三）托運行李的體積和重量限制

托運行李的體積和重量限制應遵循當地法律法規脾劫，無(wú)明確規定的，單件托運行李的三邊之和不得超過(guò)300厘米（118 英寸），單件托運行李的最大重量不得超過(guò)45公斤（100磅），超過(guò)上述限制的行李播托，應作為貨物運輸渤刃。

三综忘、逾重行李費

（一）旅客的托運行李超過(guò)免費托運行李額的部分，稱(chēng)為逾重行李，應當支付逾重行李費，成都航空收取逾重行李費后，填開(kāi)逾重行李票。

（二）國內逾重行李費：除另有規定外勺美，超過(guò)計重免費托運行李額的行李倾揉，逾重行李費率為每公斤按逾重行李票填開(kāi)當日所適用的經(jīng)濟艙普通票價(jià)的1.5%計算，以人民幣元為單位，尾數四舍五入到個(gè)位，或等值當地貨幣。

（三）國際逾重行李費：除另有規定外东摘，超額部分費用按如下收鹊攘摺：

2.旅客的托運行李如果在數量、尺寸、重量其中任一方面超出免費托運行李額規則的部分，均按上述標準進(jìn)行收費歇肖，適用于所有艙位的旅客迈堂。數量、尺寸、重量任何兩個(gè)或以上維度同時(shí)超出時(shí)往弓，采取疊加原則進(jìn)行計費曹阔。

四痴奏、托運行李要求

1.成都航空為了運輸安全的原因栗帆，可以會(huì )同旅客對其行李進(jìn)行檢查；必要時(shí)，可會(huì )同有關(guān)部門(mén)進(jìn)行檢查。如旅客拒絕接受檢查，成都航空有權拒絕接受該行李的運輸。

2.旅客的托運行李，如因其形狀、包裝、體積、重量或特性等原因不符合成都航空運輸條件，成都航空將請旅客加以改善；如旅客不能或拒絕改善，成都航空有權拒絕該行李的運輸。

3.旅客必須憑有效客票托運行李。成都航空將在客票及其行李票上填寫(xiě)托運行李的數量和重量怠缸。

4.成都航空通常在航班離站當日辦理乘機手續時(shí)收運行李驰算。如旅客要求提前托運盖文，可事先約定偎球。

5.成都航空對旅客托運的每件行李應拴掛行李牌锚沸，并將行李牌識別聯(lián)交給旅客疏橄。

6.旅客托運有運輸責任爭議的行李躁绸，成都航空應經(jīng)旅客書(shū)面同意纪他，栓掛免除責任行李牌，以免除成都航空相應的運輸責任羽傻。

The Rules of Consigned Baggage

I. Overview

The "checked baggage" refers to the baggage that is delivered by the passenger to air carrier (Chengdu Airlines) that bears the responsibility for corresponding governing and transport, and the air transportation certificate is issued.

II. Free allowance of checked baggage

Each passenger can enjoy the free allowance of checked baggage in accordance with corresponding cabin class to his/her flight ticket and applicable provisions:

(1) Free allowance of checked baggage of domestic flight

1. Free allowance of checked baggage of each passenger: The baggage of first-class cabin passenger who holds the adult ticket or child ticket is 40 KG. The baggage of business-class cabin passenger is 30 KG. The baggage of economy-class cabin passenger is 20 KG.

2. The passenger who holds with the infant ticket has no free allowance of checked baggage, can check one foldable or baby stroller or bassinet on the basis of free of charge.

3. Two or more accompanying passengers that board on the same flight to reach to same destination. If they handle the baggage consignment formality at the same time and at same place, their free allowances of checked baggage can be combined and calculated as per respective cabin class standard.

4. For non-voluntary change of cabin zone level by the passenger, he/she shall enjoy free allowance of checked baggage as per original cabin class of his/her flight ticket.

5. During the China domestic flight leg that constitutes the air transportation of international flight, free allowance of checked baggage of each passenger is calculated as per applicable free allowance of checked baggage of international flight.

(2) Free allowance of checked baggage of international/regional flight

1. For the passenger who purchases the ticket in mixed cabin classes, corresponding free allowance of checked baggage to this passenger can be respectively calculated in accordance with applicable provision of free allowance of checked baggage for corresponding ticket fare level to each flight leg.

2. Free allowance of checked baggage after the passenger voluntarily changes the flight leg shall be handled in accordance with the free allowance of checked baggage applicable for ticket fare level after flight leg has been changed. Free allowance of checked baggage after the passenger involuntarily changes the flight leg shall be handled in accordance with the provision on the free allowance of checked baggage applicable for fare level of original flight ticket.

3. More than two (included) accompanying passengers that board on the same flight to reach to same destination or stop-over point. If they handle the baggage consignment formality at the same time and at same place, their free allowances of checked baggage can be combined and calculated as per the standard defined for each ticket fare level.

4. For the child and the infant that purchases the ticket as per the child ticket fare, his/her free baggage allowance is same as free allowance of checked baggage of the adult. For the infant who purchases the ticket as per 10% of applicable adult ticket fare, he/she can check one baggage on the basis of free of charge, such baggage weight does not exceed 10 KG (22 LB), and its volume (the sum of its three edges) does not exceed 115 CM (45 IN), and one foldable baby trolley or bassinet can be additionally checked on the basis of free of charge.

(3) The limitation of the volume and weight of checked baggage

The volume and weight limitation for the checked baggage shall comply with local laws and regulations. In the absence of specific provision, the sum of three edges of each checked baggage item must not exceed 300 CM (118 IN), and maximum weight of each checked baggage item must not exceed 45 KG (100 LB). The baggage in excess of above-mentioned limitation shall be transported as the cargo.

III. Excess Baggage Fee

(1) The portion of the checked baggage of the passenger that exceeds the free allowance of checked baggage is considered as an excess baggage and the payment of excess baggage fee should be paid off. After charging the excess baggage fee, Chengdu Airlines will issue an excess baggage ticket.

(2) Excess Baggage of domestic flight

Unless otherwise specified, the excess baggage fee rate for the baggage that exceeds the weight-based free allowance of checked baggage is calculated at a rate of 1.5% of applicable economy class regular ticket fare on the day when such excess baggage ticket is issued as per KG. The fee is charged in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and rounded up to the ones place, or equivalent local currency.

(3) Excess Baggage of international flight

Note:

1. The charging standard is subject to the unit of CNY Yuan or equivalent local currency.

2. If the checked baggage of the passenger exceeds the free allowance of checked baggage in terms of any aspect of the quantity, the size, and the weight, an excess baggage fee will be charged according to the above-mentioned standard, which is applicable for the passengers in all cabin classes. When two or more aspects of the quantity, the size, and the weight exceed corresponding allowances at the same time, the charges shall be applied based on the cumulative principle.

IV. The requirements of the Control over the Checked Baggage

1. For the sake of transport safety, Chengdu Airlines can joint with the passenger to check the baggage. When necessary, they can joint with relevant department to perform the check. If the passenger rejects to accept the check, Chengdu Airlines is authorized to reject to accept the transport of this baggage.

2. If the checked baggage of the passenger does not meet the transport conditions of Chengdu Airlines due to the circumstances of its shape, package, volume, weight or characteristics, Chengdu Airlines would request this passenger to improve such baggage. If the passenger is unable to or rejects the correction of this baggage, Chengdu Airlines is authorized to reject the transport of this baggage.

3. The passenger must hold valid flight ticket to check the baggage. Chengdu Airlines will fill the quantity and the weight of checked baggage on the flight ticket and corresponding baggage tag.

4. Chengdu Airlines usually accepts the baggage when they handle the boarding formality in current day when this flight departs. If the passenger requests to consign the baggage in advance, they can make the preliminary agreement.

5. Chengdu Airlines should hung the baggage tag on each piece of baggage checked by the passenger, and shift the baggage ID coupon of the baggage tag to the passenger.

6. When the passenger consigns any baggage involved with the dispute of transportation responsibility, Chengdu Airlines should hung a tag of "Exempt From Responsibility" after the written agreement of the passenger in order to exempt corresponding transportation responsibility of Chengdu Airlines.
